Refund and Cancellation Policy

Growth Blueprints sells digital educational products. Because digital files can be accessed or downloaded immediately after delivery, our refund policy is designed specifically for digital purchases.

1. Refund Window

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the successful payment by contacting support through the contact details displayed on the checkout page.

2. How to Request a Refund

Please provide your order email address, order details and a brief reason for the request. We may ask for reasonable information needed to locate and verify the transaction.

3. Review of Requests

Each request is reviewed fairly. If approved, the refund will be initiated through the applicable payment provider. The time for the money to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and your bank.

4. Digital Product Access

Where a refund is approved, continued use or redistribution of the purchased material is not permitted. We may revoke or disable delivery access where technically possible.

5. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

Duplicate purchases or clear accidental duplicate transactions can be reviewed for refund or correction when reported promptly.

6. Payment Failures and Cancellations

A failed, cancelled or incomplete payment does not create a completed order and does not qualify as a completed purchase requiring a refund. If a payment was debited but the order status does not update correctly, contact support so the transaction can be checked.

7. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
